ORDERING PROCESS

Our mission at AW Tees is to provide all our customers with incredible service. The Covid-19 global pandemic has impacted us all in many different ways. In our industry it has caused manufacturing and shipping disruptions, suppliers are struggling to keep up with economic recovery and as the broader global economy has worked to recover we’ve seen increasing challenges with inventory.

This has caused some of our desired items to go out of stock. The good news is if an item goes out of stock, you are not out of luck. Our team will communicate any potential out of stock risks with you and should this issue impact your order we have a variety of other options. We fully expect orders will complete by their quoted completion dates, but during these challenging and evolving times, some orders may experience delays that are beyond our control. If we anticipate that there will be a delay in delivery, an AW Tees representative will be reaching out to you proactively.

We encourage customers to consider one or two replacement options for their order in the case that those specific items do go out of stock the team can immediately replace with a previously selected alternative without much disruption to the order timeline. What we're doing to protect our Team & Customers

To allow for social distancing, we will limit the number of customers allowed inside (if you prefer you can schedule an appointment). Floor markers are located throughout to help guide customers and enforce social distancing.

For the safety of our community, we will require you to please wear a face mask at all times when entering our office. We are also providing face coverings for our employees.

We are increasing cleaning and sanitation. Our office is regularly cleaned and sanitized but is focusing on high-touch surfaces like doorknobs. Hand sanitizer is located in the front reception.

We will be continuing to offer contactless curbside pickup. Please call prior to your arrival to guarantee and confirm a pickup time. Packages are for retrieval only. In order to minimize direct contact with our clients, you may also request shipping.
